It's rarely the technology. We train your people so AI actually delivers.
Where the hours go
Your problem and your team's problem are the same problem.
If you run a business, you have probably had the AI conversation more than once. With your team, with someone trying to sell you something, or just with yourself at eleven o'clock at night.
It tends to land in one of three places.
You know you need to do something, and every answer you get is either too vague or too technical to act on.
AI use is already happening in pockets. IT is making progress and the rest of the business is waiting.
You have spent money on training and licences and you still cannot see it in the numbers.
Wherever yours sits, that is where we start. Not with the technology.
Your team meets the same problem in their day. Below are four examples. We start with them: what is going on for them, and what they need. How your business grows comes from that.
Worried about their skills
Someone on your team may be worried that relying on AI will wear down the skills they have built. We start with that worry, before we start with the tool.
The same thing twice
Typing the same information into a PDF, then again into a spreadsheet. Your team tells us which part of that work they would hand to AI and which part they would not.
The blank page
Starting every tender from a blank page, though most of the answers have been written before. Your team picks out the answers worth keeping.
Already trying
Someone on your team may already be using AI on their own tools, with your business's information and little guidance or training. Often nobody has shown them how to do it well. That is what our training is for.
What you get
Your people come out of technology change better than they went in.
You leave with one problem worth handing to AI first, written in your own words, with a date to start.
You learn to build the next thing yourself, without us.
Your team is asked which parts of their job they want to keep, before anything changes.
Why this keeps happening
EY's Work Reimagined Survey (December 2025) puts it down to ineffective training, weak culture and misaligned rewards. None of the three is the technology. EY also found that only 11% of UK employees receive adequate AI training. The licences get bought. Hardly anyone gets trained properly. Nothing shows up in the numbers.
How we work
Your business ends up running its own technology change.
The aim is that your people grow with technology change rather than being replaced by it. Your team does the building. We teach, watch and correct, so what they learn stays with them when we leave. A few weeks after the training ends, we come back and check what held.
Three ways in
Pick the one that fits where your business is now. Whichever you pick, we start with your people, not with the technology.
A free online assessment. A few minutes, and you know where in your business the problem actually is.
Whether you have not started, have stalled, or have spent money and cannot see it in the numbers, the assessment tells you where to focus.

Who this is for
What to expect
What happens for your team.
Three stages, from your team's side of the work.
Before anything changes
They are asked first.
We ask your team which parts of their job they want to keep, and what they already know.
While you build
They do the building.
Your team works on a real problem from their own work. Each session teaches a skill first, then they use it.
After we leave
We come back and check.
A few weeks after the training ends, we return to see what held.

Common questions
Whether you need to be technical, what happens if your team are not keen, and why we do not build it for you.
No. Nothing we teach requires code. The whole reason this is possible now is that it no longer takes a developer to build something useful.
Contact
One short form. We will tell you whether we are the right fit before you spend anything.

One email a month
Once a month we send one short email. One problem businesses like yours run into, and an honest answer on whether AI can help with it.
